PawHub is a content-led pet-care platform built for pet parents in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific. We launched in Singapore with one goal: to be the single trusted home across the full pet ownership journey — from adoption and first-day care through to senior and end-of-life support — combining vet-reviewed health content, a per-city services directory, and first-party commerce.

Whether you are welcoming your first puppy or managing the health of a senior cat, PawHub is your guide. Our health guides, breed information and long-form editorial are free, always. We believe information that helps people care for their pets should never be behind a paywall.

Our editorial and veterinary commitment

Every health article, care guide and breed profile that goes live on PawHub is written by a human writer and reviewed by a named veterinarian (DVM or BVSc). Each health and care article carries a “Reviewed by Dr. ___, DVM” credit so you know the content has been verified by a qualified vet. Every factual health claim is sourced from primary veterinary or scientific literature — we do not invent statistics or fabricate clinical claims.

We aim to be accurate, warm and genuinely useful. Where information is uncertain or evolving, we say so. We never publish health content that has not completed DVM review.

Community and CSR

Pet ownership is one of life’s most rewarding relationships. We take that spirit seriously and are committed to giving back to the pet-parent community we serve.

Our CSR commitments:

  • Community uplift. A portion of revenue from the PawHub shop and services lead-gen is directed back into free and subsidised community initiatives — adoption drives, responsible-ownership workshops and school programmes in Singapore.
  • Carbon offset goal. We are committed to offsetting 10 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent annually through verified carbon reduction programmes, and we publish our progress each year.
  • Free content, always. Our care guides, health articles and editorial are free to access — we will never paywall content that helps people look after their pets.
  • Local-first. We partner with local veterinarians, photographers, writers and businesses in each market we operate in, rather than relying on generic global suppliers.

We believe a platform built on community has a responsibility to give back to that community. These commitments shape how we allocate revenue and what stories we choose to tell.
