Dog Parks & Off-Leash Areas in Bangkok

Bangkok's iconic central park — a 57-hectare green space in the heart of the CBD. Dogs must be leashed at all times under BMA rules. Early morning (before 8am) is the optimal walking window: lower temperatures, fewer crowds, and a welcoming atmosphere for dogs. The 2.5km perimeter jogging track is the main dog-walking route. Monitor Komodo dragon (water monitor) activity near the lake — they are large, wild, and present year-round. Access via BTS Sala Daeng or MRT Silom/Lumpini.

Well-maintained 8-hectare park in the heart of the Sukhumvit expat corridor, directly accessible from BTS Phrom Phong station. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Very popular with the expat dog-walking community due to its central Sukhumvit location. The jogging loop is approximately 1km. Morning and late-afternoon windows are best for dogs given Bangkok heat. A welcoming, friendly atmosphere for dogs and owners.
