Hours: Daily 5am–10pm (gate hours vary; confirm before visiting)

The most iconic dog-walking destination in Quezon City. This 33-hectare circular park — centred on the national monument to President Manuel L. Quezon — features beautifully maintained gardens, wide elliptical walking and jogging paths, and tree-shaded lawns. Dogs must be on-leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets (QC ordinance). Early morning (5:30am–8:30am) is the prime dog-walking window when local dog owners gather and the tropical heat is manageable. On-site amenities include food stalls, a children's playground, and an amusement area. One of QC's most beloved public spaces.
